November 17, 2009 we celebrated our 8th Anniversary at our regular meeting. Several past presidents (no long club members) joined us, as well as several members of the Paso Sunrise Club, which was our sponsoring club. |

Uganda Choir Event |
|
June 26, 2007 we hosted Christ the King Church Choir from Kampala, Unganda. The choir is 95 strong, but only 24 were able to come the USA. They were here to participate in the International Choral Festival. Our event helped them raise money for their expenses. |

4th of July Fund-raiser |
|
Our 7th annual 4th of July hot dog fund-raiser was another success. We made over $1,000.00 toward Templeton High School scholarships for next year. |

Our club bought 16 luminaria in memory of Monica Schram, a member of our club who died this year from cancer. These were on the track for Relay For Life 2007. |

Veterans Day Project 2007 |
|
Wheelchair ramp for Carl Weber, WWII Veteran. The work started Oct. 31, 2007. Weyrick Lumber donated all the lumber. Nick Pokrajac, club member and contractor, has taken the lead. A couple of his carpenters, Jim and Jared, have come to help. Club members will join the process in phase 2. The project will be completed for Veterans Day. |

Templeton Food & Toy Drive 2007 |
|
Our Rotary Club and the Templeton Community Service District (TCSD) completed another successful Food & Toy Drive during December, 2007. More than 32 needy Templeton families were provided with 3 bags of grocers each, a $25.00 gift certificate to Food 4 Less, and age specific toy (at least 3 per child), including vouchers to "Coats For Kids." Rotarians, family members, and friends of Roatay are pictured here, helping were needed. |

The Harlem Ambassadors Showbasketball Team played our very own "Rotary Eagles" (members from our club, friends, and families). It was a great fund-raiser with lots of FUN! |
