Julie Rodewald was our guest speaker last meeting. Julie is the County Clerk-Recorder.
The work of the County Clerk-Recorder includes: creating, processing, maintaining and/or updating records and documents in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They also provide easy access to all public records and documents as part of their customer service.
Her Office also ensures the integrity of the County's election process, and encourages the participation of all eligible voters.
Julie's presentation focused on the election process and the challenge she and her staff is facing right now with the preparation of two elections occurring within two weeks of each other (8 June and 22 June).
