Carol Schreiber presented our program last meeting. Carol is the Chief Executive Officer of Friends of Hearst Castle, a nonprofit association. In fact, Carol describes herself as a “cause junkie” and has dedicated more than 30 years for nonprofit causes. Her many years in communications, public relations, and marketing skills have given her a wealth of experience as CEO of Friends of Hearst Castle.
Friends of Hearst Castle is celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year. For 25 years they have partnered with Hearst Castle in the preservation and education of its 25,000 world-class collection of art and artifacts.
Carol shared with us some of their biggest fund-raiser events for this year, such as: Twilight on the Terrace, Chamber Music Concert at the Castle, Enchanted Evening, Julia Morgan Tour, Holiday Feast, and Hearst Castle Overnight. For more information visit them on line at www.FriendsofHearstCastle.org.
