Excellent club assembly last meeting! Jeff revisited some Rotary basics through his power point presentation, and also reported on the Membership Training Seminar he attended with Marc and Susan.
A good brainstorming session followed by club members regarding potential programs and projects, including another look at starting up a Interact Club in Templeton High School.
It was suggested that we do an assembly like this more frequently because it proved to be very productive.

Rotary clubs remain committed to Katrina recovery effort!
On 29 August 2005, Hurricane Katrina slammed into the U.S. Gulf Coast, devastating New Orleans and parts of Mississippi. Since then, Rotarians have been committed to the region's rebirth, raising millions of dollars for relief and recovery efforts. In May 2011, Rotary's most important annual event, the international convention, returns to New Orleans. Read more...
