Overview of Services

Read Across America

During the first week of March, Templeton Elementary School and Vineyard Elementary School will be celebrating their love of reading with "Read Across America Day."  This day is full of various activities, both school wide and classroom specific, that celebrate the students love of reading and the birthday of the one and only Dr. Seuss.

One of the favorite activities of this event is welcoming community leaders and special guests to a classroom where we ask them to read and share their favorite story with our students.  This could be a Dr. Seuss book or other story that you hold near and dear.

The teachers named below are organizing the readers at both sites this year.  We would like to invite you to participate by reading at one, or both sites. If you have a certain class or grade level you'd like to read in, we will do our best to place you with that age or classroom. We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible. Please note that VES will host the event on Tuesday, March 2^nd, while TES will have their celebration on Friday, March 5^th.

This truly is one of the best days all year, so please join us...
