 India National Immunization Day (NID)

Hello friends,

Finally, we have received the dates for the NID Feb. 19th and 20th.  I am attaching an announcement and the necessary forms to complete if you want to join the team.  I know the notice is very short but this was totally out of our control.  The cutoff date is January 6th by which I need to have your paper work in my hands.  I hope you will understand that I do need to have a cutoff date.

We will have an orientation meeting at my home on January 29th at 11 am, this meeting is mandatory.  Those of you who do not live in Southern California, we need to work out some arrangement by which we can have you go through the orientation.

Please make sure that the check for $300 is made out to District 5240.  Also, please do not send me your passport.

You can also do me a favor and make an announcement in your respective clubs about this NID.
